Selphie's Source of Power

Part of a birthday present to my good friend Kate (she has no DA account, but some of you may know her as DMWingon). I was going to draw her Seifer, but then I remembered I suck royally at drawing guys. And we always joked about Selphie being hyperactive hellspawn, so...I drew that instead.

10 years since we became friends, 10 years of pure insanity. SHEEPWIND! XD XD XD

(I think the inspiration for the overflowing bag of sugar came from one of *LegendaryFrog's videos, Chocobo Voice. Muahaha! XD)
